Botanical Name: Ficus carica 'Panache', 'Striped Tiger'

Common Name: Tiger Panache Fig

A deciduous tree with an ornamental quality. Adaptable to pruning and training. Leaves are large, deeply lobed, and bright green. Bark is smooth and gray. Harvest breba crop in early summer and main crop from late summer into fall. Fruit is small to midsize. Skin is striped pale yellow-green and dark green. Flesh is deep red and flavorful. Self-fruitful. 100 chill hours. Fruit needs warm, long summers to ripen.
