Common Name: Pacific Wax Myrtle

An evergreen shrub that forms a vigorous, upright, multi-trunking hedge. Adaptable to pruning and training. Bright to dark green leaves are glossy, narrow, serrated and aromatic when crushed. Yellow flowers in spring are followed by waxy purple berries. Attracts birds and butterflies. Coastal California native.
