Botanical Name: Lavatera maritima, L. bicolor

Common Name: Bicolor Tree Mallow

A fast-growing evergreen shrub with an open, multi-branching growth habit. Leaves are gray-green, multi-lobed and maple-like. Large, saucer-shaped, hollyhock-like flowers are pale lavender-pink with dark purple veins and centers. Blooms from midspring to fall. Attracts butterflies.
