Common Name: Mountain Cabbage Tree, Blue Dracaena, Toi

An evergreen perennial that forms a fountain of large, broad, sword-like leaves. Coloration is bright grayish green. At maturity, it forms a single-trunked palm-like shrub or tree. Fragrant flower clusters bloom in late spring.
