Common Name: Kiwi Cordyline, Kiwi Ti Plant

An evergreen perennial that forms a fountain of arching, sword-like leaves. Coloration is variegated green with rosy pink and chartreuse stripes. At maturity, it forms a multi-trunked palm-like shrub or tree. Fragrant flower clusters bloom in late spring.
