A low-maintenance evergreen shrub with profuse blooms that open and drop daily. Single flowers display deep pink, burgundy-spotted, crepe-paper petals and golden stamens. Leaves are narrow, resinous, and gray-green. Tolerates heat, poor soil, and seaside conditions. Attracts butterflies.
