A compact, shrubby deciduous tree known for its year-round delicate, pastel foliage. Palmate leaves divide into 5 to 9 pointed lobes. Leaves have ruffled edges and emerge in cream and pink. Summertime foliage matures to cream with green venation and then turns to orange and gold with the fall. Inconspicuous spring flowers are followed by pairs of samaras. Needs slightly acidic soil.
