An evergreen shrub with a dense, upright habit. Mid to late spring bloom. Funnel-shaped flowers grow in dome-shaped trusses. Flowers are rosy lavender-pink with an orange blotch. Attracts butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. Light green leaves are elliptic and leathery. Tolerant of sun. Hardy to -25 degrees F. Needs acidic soil, pH 4.5 - 6.0.
