Common Name: Port Wine Banana Shrub

A large evergreen shrub with a round, compact form. Broad leaves are dark green. In spring, fragrant, banana-scented flowers blooms from fuzzy buds. Burgundy-outlined, cream flowers are cup-shaped and magnolia-like. Fruits follow. Attracts birds.
