Common Name: Peter's Honey Fig

A deciduous tree with a spreading growth habit. Adaptable to training and pruning. Leaves are large, deeply lobed and bright green. Trunk is smooth and gray. Harvest main crop from late summer to mid-fall. Fruit is midsize. Skin is pale golden-green. Flesh is dark amber and honey-sweet. Best in warm climates. Needs good southern exposure in coastal climate for fruit yield. Self-fruitful. 100 - 200 chill hours.
