Common Name: Dwarf Plumbago

A deciduous shrub with a wiry-stemmed, mat-forming growth habit. Late summer flowers are five-petalled and bright blue. Foliage is fresh green, oval to egg-shaped, and turns bronze-red in fall. Spreads by rhizomes.
