An arching, deciduous rugosa shrub rose carries clear pink flowers. Its species is native to sandy coasts of northeast Asia. The fall hips add food and color. Plant it where flowers and showy hips can support a natural design. Repeated bloom brings a strong clove-like rose scent from late spring through fall.
