Common Name: Frisia Golden Locust

A deciduous tree with an upright, oval crown. Bright yellow-green leaves divide into many oval leaflets. Young shoots carry sharp spines. Fragrant masses of white, sweetpea-like flowers attract bees during the short bloom cycle in late spring.
