About This Product
Botanical Name: Pellaea rotundifolia
Common Name: Button Fern, New Zealand Cliff Brake
Round green leaflets line the dark stems of this evergreen, clumping fern. Its neat fronds soften shady rock gardens, indoor displays, and pots. Rather than flowers or seeds, spores form beneath mature leaves. Native to New Zealand's rocky slopes, it is at home in airy, well-drained soil where its roots have room to breathe.
