Botanical Name: Olea europaea 'Manzanillo'

Common Name: Manzanillo Olive

A slow-growing evergreen tree with single or multiple gray trunks that become gnarled with age. Branches form a spreading crown. Gray-green foliage is narrowly elliptic and silvery underneath. Small, spring flowers yield edible olives shaped like tiny apples. Excellent fruit quality with an easily removed pit. High yield. Good for oil production and pickling.
