Common Name: Mexican Lobelia

A perennial that spreads quickly by rhizomes. Stems are tinted red. Green leaves are finely textured. From spring through fall, stalks bloom with red and yellow flowers. Flowers are tubular with flared, trumpet-like tips. Attracts butterflies and hummingbirds.
