Common Name: Hayward Kiwi Vine

A vigorous, deciduous vine that produces edible fruit. Emerging leaves are covered in reddish hairs and mature to dark green with white undersides. Fruit is large and egg-shaped with fuzzy, brown skin and tasty, green flesh. Harvest starts in mid fall. Requires a male pollenizer. Tender to frost. Most common market variety. 600 chill hours.
