Common Name: Double-Flowering Japanese Kerria

A deciduous shrub with an open, suckering habit. Bright green leaves are egg-shaped and pointed with deep veins and coarse teeth. Foliage turns yellow in fall. In spring, double, pompom-like flowers bloom in golden-yellow. Stems are bare and bright yellow-green in winter.
