Large blue rosettes give this evergreen, clumping succulent a formal, layered shape. Powdery leaves may gain pink edges, and warm-colored flower stems rise above the mound for hummingbirds. Use it as a container centerpiece or a bright accent in dry beds. Sun, gritty soil, and room around the leaves preserve the clean finish.
