Common Name: Whale's Tongue Agave

An ornamental succulent that forms a solitary rosette of short, wide, cupped leaves in glaucous gray-green. Toothed margins taper to dark, needle-sharp terminal spines. Mature plants produce tall flower spikes. One of the hardiest Agaves.
