A large, ornamental succulent. Variegated leaves display a glaucous-green central fill and toothed, yellow margins. Careful of the needle-sharp terminal spine at the tip of each leaf. After several years it produces a tall, branched inflorescence. Cold hardy to 15 degrees F.
