Botanical Name: Agave americana 'Scabra'

Common Name: Rough Leaved Agave, Maguey Cenizo

This succulent forms a spiny, pale blue-gray rosette. Leaves are the texture of sand paper. At maturity, each rosette produces a very tall flower stalk up to 20 feet high. Offsets form clumps. Cold hardy to 15 degrees F.
