Common Name: October Glory Red Maple

A deciduous tree with a tall, rounded habit. Red stems compliment the 3 - 5 lobed leaves that emerge glossy green with silvery undersides. Foliage turns brilliant orange to red in the late fall. 'October Glory' is a female cultivar with spring flowers that give way to red samaras. A cold hardy maple. Needs slightly acidic soil.
