An herbaceous perennial that forms a self-sowing patch of profuse summer-fall blooms. Large, daisy-like flowers display high-contrast, bi-color rays that turn from bright yellow to brown at the bases and a dark brown center disk. Green leaves are lance-shaped and hairy. Good cut flower atop a long, sturdy stem. Often grown as an annual. Attracts butterflies and birds.
