Botanical Name: Penstemon digitalis 'Pocahontas' PP 24,804

Common Name: Pocahontas Beardtongue

A perennial with upright stems, multi-branching from the base. Burgundy-tinged leaves are oppositely arranged on dark red stems. Spikes of tubular, bell-shaped flowers are lavender-pink. Blooms throughout summer. Very attractive to butterflies and other pollinators.
