A semi-evergreen shrub with an upright growth habit. Small leaves are glossy green and tinted bronze. Stems are red. Pendent, tubular flowers are bicolored magenta and purple. Attracts hummingbirds and other pollinators. Long bloom cycle followed by fruits. Mite resistant.
