An annual or perennial with a self-sowing, clump-forming growth habit. Flowers are silky, four-petaled, and cup or saucer shaped. Petals radiate from golden orange at the base to bright yellow at the tips. Blooms from spring through summer. Foliage is delicate, finely divided, and blue-green. California native.
