A very slow-growing lotus-like succulent that forms large rosettes of fleshy, cupped, teardrop-shaped leaves in frosty blue-gray, sometimes edged in pink. Slender flower stalks carry nodding bell-shaped flowers in coral pink. Flowers provide nectar for pollinators.
