Common Name: Upright-Narrow Red Maple

A symmetrical-branching deciduous tree with a pyramidal growth habit. From spring through summer, red twigs and branchlets are adorned with lobed, palmate leaves in medium green. Fall foliage is yellow, orange, and red. Showy spring flowers in greenish-yellow attract birds, butterflies, and squirrels. Native to Eastern North America. Needs mildly acidic soil, tolerates clay soil.
